Welcome to Wasi Corporation Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, contacting us for services, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

  1. Services Offered

Wasi Corporation Ltd specializes in aluminum and stainless steel fabrication, including:

  • Custom windows and doors
  • Railings and gates
  • Staircases and architectural metalwork
  • Site visits, measurements, and professional installation

All services are provided based on agreed quotations and project specifications.

  1. Quotations and Orders
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders require a deposit (amount specified in quotation) before production begins.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before installation.

  1. Project Timelines
  • Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will notify you promptly of any delays and work to minimize disruptions.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements, specifications, and project details.
  • Ensuring site access for measurements, delivery, and installation.
  • Obtaining necessary permits or approvals for installation (where applicable).

  1. Warranties and Guarantees
  • We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship.
  • Warranty periods vary by product type and will be specified in your quotation.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Wasi Corporation Ltd is not liable for:

  • Delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).
  • Consequential or indirect damages arising from product use or installation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and custom fabrication plans created by Wasi Corporation Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations before production begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations after production starts: Deposit is non-refundable; client is responsible for materials and labor costs incurred.
  • Completed projects are non-refundable.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Kigali, Rwanda.
